ms_windows_ms_sql:windows_services_pids_running_under_svchost [wiki.autosys.tk]

Смотрим какой svchost запустил нужный сервис:

tasklist /svc /fi "imagename eq svchost.exe"

Убиваем процесс:

taskkill /pid PID_NUMBER /F /T

Запускаем сервис снова:

sc start ServiceName
